Help Desk

When you encounter a problem that requires professional IT support, the Xinc IT Help Desk is here for you. With secure remote access to your network, we can connect to your computer and rapidly fix problems or assist you with a procedure. If on-site support is required, a technician will arrive within a guaranteed response time.

Your contract entitles you to a monthly amount of service, including Help Desk calls and scheduled preventative maintenance for your computers. Help Desk support can also be provided on a per-incident basis.
