Remote Network Monitoring

The ability to remotely monitor your network via a secure communication link is a key aspect of our Managed IT service offering. Xinc IT can monitor network services and vital signs on network elements such as servers, workstations, and printers. We perform routine maintenance at regular intervals and monitor your network 24 hours per day. If a back-up job did not run to completion, or if a virus outbreak occurs, for example, we will know about it and will be proactively working on corrective action usually well before there has been any impact on your business operations.
